Mazoch & Libánský

Peter Mazoch and Jiří Libánský are united by piano, imagination and the desire to let music speak freely. Within the walls of Prague apartments, the boundaries of genres and their own collaborations are silently felt. Petr Mazoch is known for his introspective solo work, he is also a member of the newly formed project Yezerā (together with Arash Ghasemi), and Jiří has collaborated with a number of Czech artists (Aid Kid, Children between Repravakama, Orff Brothers, Floex). The joint improvisation project Mazoch & Libanský takes you into sonic landscapes where joy, drama and melancholy blend against the backdrop of ambient and rhythmic surfaces.
